1. What is One-Tag?
One-Tag is a four in one inventory tag specifically for the finished vehicle market. The unique design allows for use by bar code readers, RFID readers, full visual representation of the VIN and a partial quick read of the VIN. One-Tag was designed with input from OEM’s, railroad, haulaways and other providers within the logistics network.
2. What is One-Tag compatible with?
One-Tag is compatible with all bar code reading systems and with all RFID systems.
3. How does One-Tag work?
One-Tag is applied at the assembly plant and stays with the vehicle until the final delivery. This allows the benefits of One-Tag to be used by all providers in your network.
4. Where does One-Tag get applied?
One-Tag is applied as a final step in the vehicle assembly. TraxRFID provides the equipment to scan the VIN and print One-Tag while the OEM supplies the personnel to apply One-Tag.
5. Where on the vehicle is One-Tag applied?
One-Tag is applied to the lower corner of the rear window on the driver’s side. Consistent placement across all OEM’s allows your providers to enjoy the benefits of One-Tag.

One-Tag is durable in all conditions. One-Tag has been on test vehicles for over six months in all weather conditions with no degradation in the print or signal strength.
7. How does One-Tag come off?
One-Tag peels off at the destination with zero residue. One-Tag can be disposed of once off the vehicle.
8. How much does One-Tag cost?
One-Tag is priced on a per VIN basis with TraxRFID providing the equipment and support at no additional cost. Consider sharing the cost with all of your logistics providers as it will benefit them as well.
9. How can I set up a trial of One-Tag?
A three month trial is available. Our team will provide the equipment to produce One-Tag. If needed, we will set up temporary RFID infrastructure to demonstrate where you can be with One-Tag and RFID.
